Update: 8/25 This is still one of my favorite brunch places, you can’t beat the 18$ bottomless mimosa. They are so quick to fix any issues you may have with your food. I am kind of picky and they have fixed my food many times with zero issues. Stellar camping modernized Brunch vibes. Very cool spot. The staff is welcoming friendly and knowledgeable. The food was delicious, would come again!
Excited to learn about this new breakfast restaurant in the Omni from their business travel sales manager. The breakfast burrito with local Colorado green chili was a deliciously flavorful way to start my day! With its warm and inviting atmosphere, the winter charm of this modern Camp-themed restaurant envelops you in a cozy embrace as you enjoy a delightful meal.
The staff was incredibly friendly, attentive and engaging! I had the minute steak and it was juicy, tender and flavorful! The bottomless mimosa deal was amazing at only 18$! The house squeezed orange juice and grapefruit juice made for some delicious beverages. Will be coming back soon!
Excellent stop for breakfast, try the pancake combos or the eggs with bacon (Colorado breakfast). Only trouble is reuse; they use their pub fries as home fries, and the same fruit salad as in the dinner place, so you’ll experience repeats if you have multiple meals in the hotel.
